Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is seeking a Front of House Agent - Seasonal (October to December). You will play a dual role across the Front Office and Call Center to deliver personalized service to our international guests.

You welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and respond to inquiries by phone while sharing information about the hotel and local attractions. Fluency in German and English is essential; OPERA and MS Office knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in upscale hotel industry is required.
• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel telephone operations is an advantage.
• Excellent German and English communication (spoken and written) is essential.
• Ability to multitask and provide outstanding guest service in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Manage smooth arrival and departure of guests, including check-in/check-out.
• Rotate between Front Office and Call Center delivering personalized service in person and over the phone.
• Handle incoming calls and guest inquiries with prompt follow-up to relevant departments.
• Provide information about the hotel, facilities, services and local attractions.
• Receive couriers and coordinate transport arrangements.
• Assist guests with reservations, wake-up calls, and other requests.
• Maintain entrance lobby cleanliness and presentation.
• Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in every interaction.
