COREcruitment is seeking a Front Office Agent for a hotel in Linz, Austria. You will welcome guests from check‑in to check‑out, handle reservations and requests, and be the primary contact at the desk, by phone and by email.

The role requires strong German and English, IT comfort, and PMS experience (Opera Cloud or similar). A fast, friendly, guest‑oriented host is ideal for this busy, welcoming property.

Qualifikationen

• Experience at reception/front office or training in hotel/tourism is a big plus.
• Very good German and English; any extra language earns you bonus smiles.
• You’re comfortable with IT; PMS experience (e.g. Opera Cloud or similar) is great, MS Office doesn’t scare you.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and look after the guests – from check‑in to check‑out
• Handle reservations and special requests (and the occasional unusual one…)
• Be the go‑to person at the desk, on the phone and by e‑mail
• Keep things flowing with housekeeping, reservations and F&B so guests barely notice how much is happening behind the scenes
• Support with the everyday admin that keeps the front office running smoothly
