Zusammenfassung

ACH Solution GmbH in Austria is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Service professional to serve as the central contact between Sales, customers, and internal departments. As the central point of contact between Sales, customers, and internal departments, you’ll ensure smooth order processing and provide expert support to both domestic and international customers. You’ll bring strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German and English to the role, and you enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner.

Your tasks

• Sales & Customer Service
  You’ll support our sales team in serving our customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and actively following up on them.
• Order & Project Processing
  From order entry to successful completion: You’ll independently manage customer orders in spare parts management for tools, dosing technology, and automation solutions, serving as a reliable point of contact for our national and international customers. In doing so, you’ll coordinate order processing between Sales, customers, Logistics, and internal departments, keep track of deadlines and order progress, and ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Data, Documentation & Administration
  You’ll maintain customer, product, and tool data in our ERP systems and customer portals, and assist with documentation as well as administrative tasks related to order processing.

Requirements

• Completed business training or a comparable qualification
• Good written and spoken German and English (B2)
• Professional experience in internal sales, order processing, or a comparable business role is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
• Technical interest in our products and solutions
• A structured, precise, and independent work style
• Organizational skills and a passion for coordinating various tasks and interfaces
• Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of service and customer needs
