So that our sales department can work even faster and more precisely, we are looking for you as a Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d): You are the backbone of our sales team, ensure that we make the right decisions — and take our sales power to the next level with data-driven work and smart processes.

What makes you special:

You are strong analytically but always think in a practical and solution-oriented way. You quickly familiarise yourself with Group standards and structures and focus on their compliance and implementation. You have experience in sales operations, controlling or consulting — ideally in an IT/telecommunications environment. CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Excel/Power BI are tools for you that enable you to quickly deliver insights. You enjoy working closely with sales teams, are communicative and bring energy to the team. You are proficient in German and English.

For legal reasons, we provide information about the minimum annual salary of €55,356.00 gross on a full-time basis. The final salary is, of course, based on your individual experience.
