Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with experience in hotel sales, strong knowledge of the Vienna market, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

The role focuses on developing Corporate business, including companies, agencies, embassies and key accounts, while also supporting opportunities within the MICE segment. You will build relationships, research new markets, invite clients for property tours, set KPIs, monitor performance and manage client accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• Experience in external hotel sales with corporate accounts and MICE.
• Established network of corporate, agency, embassy or MICE contacts in Vienna is valued.
• Native or advanced German, professional English.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market.
• Research new market opportunities and develop strategies.
• Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting facilities and services.
• Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly.

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager with experience in hotel sales , strong knowledge of the Vienna market and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

The position will focus primarily on developing Corporate business , including companies, agencies, embassies and key accounts, while also supporting opportunities within the MICE segment.

The key responsibilities will be to:

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with the local market
• Research new market opportunities and develop strategies
• Invite potential clients to tour the property and conduct individual tours, highlighting the facilities and services
• Set key performance indicators, monitor and coach performance accordingly
• Telemarketing actions
• Track requests and accounts
• Resolve incidents

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in external hotel sales, preferably within the Vienna or Austrian market, working with Corporate accounts and supporting MICE business.
• An established network of Corporate, agency, embassy or MICE contacts in Vienna would be highly valued.
• Native or advanced German, professional English.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle, as client visits will be conducted in person.
• Availability to travel when required.
