Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering programs in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Strong project management skills - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, make decision

• Serve as the primary enablement point of contact for the Switzerland go-to-market (GTM) organization
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging enablement programs including onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and skills development
• Localize global & North wide enablement content to ensure relevance for the Swiss market and culture
• Manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
