ROSEN Group in Stans (Switzerland) is seeking an AI Education & Training Program Lead to scale our AI enablement across about 4,500 employees worldwide. You will not train individuals directly but design systems that empower others to teach and adopt AI responsibly.

You will define learning standards, certification paths, train-the-trainer networks, and communities of practice while ensuring alignment with EU AI Act, security, governance, and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading large-scale learning or enablement programs across regions.
• Ability to design structured learning journeys with measurable outcomes.
• Strong facilitation skills and multiplier training experience.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI and modern AI tools.

• Drive end-to-end AI enablement strategy with consistent delivery across tracks.
• Establish training standards, certifications, and learning pathways for groups.
• Build and support a global network of facilitators and AI champions.
• Grow and moderate the AI network as a collaboration platform.
• Define and monitor success metrics tied to participation and business impact.
• Ensure literacy and training align with governance, security, and compliance.
