Zusammenfassung

Norgine is seeking an experienced EU Regional Training Lead (Sales Trainer) to elevate capabilities across multiple European markets. You will design and deliver impactful learning solutions that strengthen commercial excellence, customer engagement and leadership capability.

You will embed ICE, KAM and Omnichannel frameworks and partner with leaders to close capability gaps, ensuring training aligns with regulatory standards across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English; German and French are advantageous.
• Experience in pharmaceutical commercial roles and sales training.
• Proven experience delivering sales training, field coaching or learning and development programmes.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and customer engagement models.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement regional training and capability-building strategies.
• Develop and deliver engaging learning programmes covering commercial skills, product knowledge, customer engagement and leadership development.
• Drive adoption of ICE, KAM and Omnichannel frameworks across the region.
• Partner with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development plans.
• Lead the evolution of the Field Force Excellence Training Academy, including onboarding and career development pathways.
• Use coaching, performance insights and capability assessments to improve learning effectiveness.
• Ensure all training activities comply with quality, compliance and regulatory standards.
