Job summary

Gausium Official seeks a skilled project leader to collaborate with sales, product, and R&D teams to analyze client needs and deliver feasible robotic solutions. You will enable distributors with training to improve POC capabilities and manage distributor pipelines to drive successful deployments.

The role requires coordinating across multiple teams, presenting at events, and traveling as needed. Strong English, Mandarin, and German language skills are essential for global client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Robotics, Automation, Electronic Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Familiarity with Linux, ROS, network communications (4G/5G/Wi‑Fi) or the basics of SLAM.
• 3+ years of project experience in service robots, commercial cleaning, autonomous driving, or unmanned delivery deployments.
• Bidding/tendering experience for government and enterprise clients; strong technical writing and on-site bid presentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; willingness to travel on short notice.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and German.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales presentations, meetings, and marketing events.
• Collaborate with sales to engage with clients, analyze needs, and provide solution support.
• Provide enablement training for distributors to enhance POC capabilities.
• Track and manage distributors' project pipelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish standardized project management processes and monitor key projects.
