Job summary

RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to drive growth in international markets. You will support and expand relationships with customers in injection-molded parts, tooling, and turnkey solutions, while preparing tailored quotes and technical proposals.

You will negotiate pricing and contracts, identify new opportunities, and collaborate closely with Rico Group's global locations to shape sales strategy and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• HTL/university-level technical education, preferably plastics/mechanical engineering or toolmaking.
• Knowledge of plastics/elastomers or injection molding, ideally LSR/HTV.
• Experience in technical sales or project management.
• Strong technical and business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent German and English communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and strategically develop new and existing customers in injection-molded parts, tooling, and turnkey solutions.
• Acquire new customers and expand existing business in international markets.
• Prepare customized quotes and technical solution proposals.
• Conduct sales, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Identify new market and business opportunities.
• Monitor market and manage CRM effectively.
• Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and events.
• Collaborate with Rico Group's international locations.
• Help shape sales strategy and optimize sales processes.
