Job summary

Avantor, via VWR, is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager for Slovenia to drive long-term customer partnerships and revenue growth from a home-based setup. The role is freelance/independent contractor, full-time, with remote work in Slovenia.

You will manage the entire B2B sales cycle, engage with multiple stakeholders, leverage SPIN and Consultative selling, and work with CRM tools to identify opportunities, build key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions that win, retain and expand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English and fluent Slovenian (C1/C2).
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a complex environment.
• Experience with SPIN Selling, consultative selling, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle for Slovenia from identification to closing.
• Build sustainable, profitable customer relationships.
• Collaborate with customers, sales colleagues and support teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop key account strategies and tailored solutions to drive revenue and partnerships.
