Huzzle is seeking a high-energy, independent Sales Development Representative to join our global network. You will engage directly with CFOs and finance leaders across the DACH region to optimize financial systems through AI-driven automation and ERP solutions.

This is a fully remote role for a native German speaker who thrives in outbound prospecting, hitting KPIs, and building a high-value sales pipeline within CET hours.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level fluency in German is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with high activity remotely.
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or professional services preferred.
• Willingness to work CET hours with overlap.

Aufgaben

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting with 120+ calls per day.
• Qualify leads to SQLs and drive pipeline.
• Articulate ERP, EPM, and automation value propositions.
• Collaborate with senior sales to handover opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity in CRM.
• Meet/exceed KPIs for call volume, lead quality, and pipeline.
