Job summary

LGT Capital Partners AG in Pfäffikon, Switzerland, seeks a Rewards Analyst to design, administer and analyze compensation and benefits programs globally. You will support processes, create dashboards, and benchmark market data while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders, plus continuous improvement across reward tools and processes. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; German a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of compensation and benefits processes.
• Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards.
• Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data.
• Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials.
• Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward-related topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools.
