Ideal candidates have a strong background in international tax, 5+ years of experience, and excellent Excel skills. English fluency, proactive collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s in tax/finance or accounting is preferred.
• L.L.M. or equivalent would be a strong plus in tax matters.
• Solid exposure to international tax matters for funds and distributions.

Aufgaben

• Assist in annual tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions and coordinate tax returns.
• Support FATCA/CRS matters, including annual reporting and W-8/W-9 reviews.
• Contribute to EU tax matters for private equity/real estate funds and investor tax provisions.
• Establish and oversee operational tax procedures and controls.
• Assess changes in domestic and international tax rules and their impact on the company.
• Manage ad hoc tax projects and related processes.
