You will coordinate annual German tax compliance, assist with tax reporting to investors, and help with Swiss and Austrian investor tax reporting. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in tax/finance/accounting, 2–3 years’ international tax experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s in tax, finance or accounting preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on international tax experience.
• Experience with fund structuring, asset management and investor tax reporting.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in English with good communication.

Aufgaben

• Assist in annual German tax compliance and reporting to investors.
• Collect information for German tax reporting for funds with external providers.
• Support ongoing German tax matters for private equity and real estate funds.
• Support Swiss and Austrian investor tax reporting.
• Establish and oversee operational tax procedures and controls.
• Assess changes in taxation rules and their impact.
• Manage ad hoc tax projects.
