Job summary
ALDI SÜD HOLDING in Austria, Salzburg, seeks an Executive Recruitment Consultant to lead global C-level recruitment, consulting top management and creating role profiles and tailored search strategies. You will build and maintain relationships with leading executive search firms, prepare briefing documents, screen candidates, negotiate offers, and drive leadership recruitment projects.
The role offers extensive leave, remote working up to 13 days per month in Austria and up to 30 days abroad,
Qualifications
- 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years in executive search.
- Initial experience in US recruiting.
- Strong network with executive search firms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for global C-level executive recruitment.
- Consult top management and create role profiles and tailored search strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with executive search firms.
- Prepare briefing documents for executive interviewers.
- Screen executive candidates and support offer negotiations and closing.
- Recruit leadership positions and improve hiring processes.
