Job summary

ALDI SÜD HOLDING in Austria seeks an Expert - Supplier Relationship Management to monitor and improve supplier performance across ALDI's international supply chain. You will analyze KPIs, identify optimisation opportunities, and directly engage suppliers to discuss delivery performance.

You will enhance our supplier reporting environment, ensuring data is accurate, relevant, and actionable for stakeholders, while supporting cross-border collaboration in a fast-paced, international business

Qualifications

• Education in Economy, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Several years of experience in supplier relationship management, buying or supply chain with understanding of performance metrics.
• Passion for evaluating performance and improving supplier relationships.
• Comfort with reporting and analysis to track supplier performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate insights.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication; international environment.
• Reliable, independent, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• You will check and analyse supplier performance using defined KPIs and identify optimisation opportunities.
