Job summary

Devop.One is actively seeking a Senior Candidate Recruiter for a 100% remote role based in Austria. You will partner with clients to understand hiring needs, tailor stages, and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple seniority levels.

You will source candidates via databases and social media, conduct pre-screenings, present top profiles, and guide negotiations to closure. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential, with a focus on flexible, scalable recruitment delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably at a staffing agency.
• Excellent knowledge of market status, trends and best practices.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Experience conducting different types of interviews.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
