Sandvik AB Ground Support is seeking a highly motivated Ground Support Sales Representative (GSSR) for Central Europe. You will drive growth in mining, tunneling and geo-tech, building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and designers.

Fluency in German and English is essential, a relevant engineering degree, and willingness to travel across the region. The role offers a cross-functional, high-visibility environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mining, Tunneling Geology, or Geotechnics.
• Project-based experience in Tunneling, Mining, or foundations.
• Fluent German and English.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

• Drive profitable growth of ground support in Mining, Tunneling, and GeoTech.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, designers.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic projects.
• Provide technical expertise and value-adding ground control solutions.
• Prepare, follow-up, and negotiate technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct regular customer and project-site visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Represent Sandvik at industry events, workshops, and seminars.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver innovative solutions.
