Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation across paid, owned and community channels in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will build, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars and events.

You will own end-to-end campaign execution, monitor performance daily, run experiments and collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure proper automation and tracking, all in a fully remote setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on paid marketing experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Aufgaben

• Execute demand-generation campaigns end to end across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events and community channels.
• Own campaign builds, launches, daily management and optimization.
• Coordinate delivery with Growth Marketing Manager and wider marketing team.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and optimize nurture sequences to convert engagement into pipeline.
• Ensure campaigns are properly configured, automated and tracked end-to-end.
• Test new approaches and channels based on performance data.
• Maintain high execution quality across multiple campaigns.
