Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Practical experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Strong experience across technical, on-page, and content SEO.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Experience working with CRM databases, attribution systems, and campaign reporting.
• Strong copywriting skills across advertisements, blogs, landing pages, and social content.
• Experience maintaining and updating websites.
• Basic HTML knowledge.
• Exposure to email marketing and digital design tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple channels, campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
• WordPress experience is preferred.
• Google Ads or Analytics certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in fitness, health, or vocational education is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns with budgets and lead/sale targets.
• Test and refine ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and other variables.
• Develop and execute technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO initiatives.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities across paid and organic search.
• Maintain accurate conversion tracking, lead attribution, and campaign reporting.
• Monitor enquiries, conversion rates, ROAS, organic traffic, lead quality, and other metrics.
• Support paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Create and optimize copy for ads, blogs, landing pages, and organic social content.
• Maintain website content, landing pages, forms, and marketing tracking systems.
• Support website optimization and conversion rate improvement initiatives.
• Analyze campaign and website performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Connect marketing activity and performance data with lead and enrolment outcomes.
