We’re looking for a driven Growth Marketer to take ownership of our user acquisition, optimize campaigns, and scale what works. You’ll own growth metrics with the founder, manage performance marketing across Google Ads, paid social, and influencers, run rapid

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in growth marketing.
• Comfortable with budgets and ROI tracking.
• Data-driven and proactive.
• English proficiency (C1+).
• Fast-moving startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own growth metrics - set and hit ambitious user acquisition goals.
• Manage performance marketing - optimize Google Ads, paid social, and influencer collaborations.
• Run rapid experiments - test new channels, improve funnel, and refine messaging.
• Optimize conversion - analyze data to fix drop-offs and maximize ROI.
• Scale winning strategies - double down on what works while keeping CAC low.
