Qualifikationen

• 2+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS customer success.
• Experience overseeing the customer lifecycle.
• Excellent written and spoken German with English at C2 level.
• Strategic thinking to tailor Meister's goals and drive improvements.
• Analytical skills to track health metrics and KPIs.
• Hands-on AI tools and digitization initiatives experience.
• Practical project management with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with Scrum or other agile frameworks.
