Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Manage your own portfolio of 80-120 e-com clients autonomously.
• Own onboarding, support, upsell - the full lifecycle.
• Directly solve client issues without waiting for others to jump in.
• Act as a strategic partner to maximize client value with Chatarmin.
• Contribute to product feedback loops and operational improvements.
• Drive upsells and cross-sells in collaboration with product/solutions engineering.
