You will manage 50-100 customers in the DACH and France regions, with a focus on financial, legal, and manufacturing industries. Fluent in French, German, and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in customer success or account management within the DACH market.
• Proven track record with large enterprise accounts and escalations.
• Based in or near Zug or Zurich.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on result orientation.
• Fluent in French, German and English.

Aufgaben

• Rebuild and strengthen executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs and senior decision-makers.
• Drive adoption, expansion, and new opportunities within strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enable customer success at scale.
• Set strategy with Kiteworks CS management to improve retention and growth.
• Manage a portfolio of 50-100 customers across DACH and France, focusing on financial, legal, and manufacturing sectors.
