Job summary

Digicust, an AI-driven customs automation company, is seeking a native-English Sales Development Representative to open doors, spark genuine conversations, and qualify high-potential prospects. This remote-first role focuses on building a predictable pipeline across Europe by outbound outreach, research-driven targeting, and close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

You will join a growing commercial team, learn the product deeply, travel for select events, and contribute to go-to-market

Qualifications

• Native English is required for written outreach, calls, and meetings.
• Prior SDR/BDR experience in B2B sales is preferred.
• Comfort with remote-first work and occasional travel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential B2B customers in logistics, freight, and customs.
• Outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and conversations.
• Qualify leads and prepare them for the next sales step.
• Research target companies to identify where Digicust adds value.
• Maintain a clean CRM with up-to-date prospect records.
• Support outbound campaigns, market research, and messaging tests.
