Meister is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey across the DACH region. You will build long-term relationships, ensure onboarding success, and drive renewals from Vienna or remote European locations.

You bring 2+ years in B2B SaaS, strong German and English, and a strategic, data-driven mindset. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup, a personal learning budget, and stock ownership opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer success experience in B2B SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle and CS best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2 level).
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a builder mindset.
• Analytical and data-driven, comfortable with health metrics and KPIs.
• Hands-on with AI tools and digitization initiatives to improve workflows.
• Project management experience for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
