Jobgether is seeking a Chief Executive Officer for a partner-managed, product-led B2B SaaS HR tech business. You will own P&L, strategy and growth, initially focusing on the German market with expansion potential.

This fully remote role demands strong product, marketing, and operational leadership and a hands-on approach to scaling the organization. You will work with leadership and a global network, shaping go-to-market, product and organizational strategy while building a high-performing team

Qualifikationen

• Proven CEO/GM or senior executive leadership in a B2B SaaS HR Tech business.
• Track record of growing SaaS products, revenue and teams.
• Hands-on execution turning strategy into measurable results.
• Strong marketing and product leadership with growth focus.
• Financial discipline including P&L ownership and budgeting.
• Experience leading organizational transformation and talent development.
• Fluent German and strong English; international experience a plus.
• Basic AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity.

Aufgaben

• Own the overall strategy, P&L, growth and performance of a product-led B2B SaaS business.
• Drive revenue, activation, engagement and scalable go-to-market motions.
• Lead marketing and product strategy and expand the customer base.
• Establish budgets, KPIs and performance frameworks; optimize ROI.
• Build and coach a high-performing leadership team; succession planning.
• Prepare the business to operate multiple brands in the market.
• Identify AI trends and evaluate new tech and business models.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Communicate a compelling long-term vision to stakeholders.
