Jobgether is seeking an Estimating & Design Lead to transform site plans, specifications, and project requirements into accurate landscaping estimates and compelling proposals. This remote role supports a US-focused business development team from a partner company in Switzerland, with proposals delivered within 72 hours.

You will work with sales, estimators, and field leadership, leveraging AutoCAD/SketchUp and CRM tools to develop scope, cost, and proposals while maintaining CRM documentation

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field.
• Ability to interpret site plans, specs, and photos into practical scope and cost requirements.
• Professional-level written and spoken English, with ability to communicate with US stakeholders during core business hours.
• Remote work with close coordination to sales, estimators, and field teams.
• Strong understanding of landscape materials, plant selection, labor, equipment, and timelines.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with practical estimating approach.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate proposals within turnaround times.
• Experience with commercial landscaping or maintenance contracts is highly desirable.
• Experience using estimating software, CRM, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar tools is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Review site plans, specs, photos, and requirements to define landscaping and maintenance scope.
• Develop cost estimates covering materials, plant material, labor, equipment, timelines, and other requirements.
• Convert quotes into client-ready proposals with fast turnaround.
• Track estimates from request to proposal submission using the CRM.
• Provide design expertise to proposals including plant selection and layout considerations.
• Flag gaps or unrealistic elements in proposed scopes before presenting to clients.
• Support proactive estimating for strong-opportunity properties.
• Coordinate with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership to stay aligned with operations.
