Jobgether is seeking an executive UI/UX Director to elevate the quality of digital experiences across web and e‑commerce platforms. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, bridging creative vision with front‑end execution, while guiding design systems, accessibility, and mobile‑first strategies.

You will engage in client strategy, proposals, and new business pitches, with responsibility for capacity planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of digital design experience with leadership roles
• Expert UI design skills with practical front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Advanced Figma proficiency including design systems and components
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Adobe Commerce
• Deep understanding of UX, information architecture, responsive/mobile-first design
• Operational and financial acumen including capacity planning and budgeting

Aufgaben

• Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives balancing visuals with usability and accessibility
• Lead mobile-first design across websites, apps, and omnichannel experiences
• Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, and handoffs to front-end teams
• Provide design leadership for complex e‑commerce initiatives using Shopify/Adobe Commerce and modern frameworks
• Establish high visual standards, accessibility compliance, and performance across projects
• Translate client business objectives into digital strategies and guide senior stakeholders
• Lead client discussions, proposals, and new business pitches with clear design rationale
• Mentor and develop UX/UI designers and foster a learning-driven culture
