Zusammenfassung

Qapture in Linz is seeking a 3D Modeling and BIM Specialist (f/x/m) to transform 3D laser scan data into accurate BIM models and detailed 2D drawings for existing buildings.

You will work with Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The role offers flexible schedules, hybrid work (office and remote), and a salary from 2,700 € gross per month with annual payments and experience-based overpayments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a technical draughtsman/draughtswoman or architect or equivalent.
• Proficient with BIM software: Revit, ArchiCAD and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) with good English.

Aufgaben

• Analysis and processing of 3D laser scan data in preparation for modeling.
• Creation of 2D as-built drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) based on 3D laser scan data.
• Creation of detailed BIM models of existing buildings based on 3D laser scans, in compliance with BIM standards and guidelines.
• Active collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to continuously improve services and optimize processes.
