You will manage CRM records in Zoho, track milestones, and escalate issues as needed, ensuring accurate information and timely actions across stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project coordination, operations, project management, or business support.
• CRM experience and maintaining accurate project or customer records.
• Strong documentation, data-entry, and information-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects or workflows simultaneously.
• Excellent task-management, follow-up, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
• Fluent English communication; near-native or native level preferred.

Aufgaben

• Review active construction projects to determine status, actions, and next steps.
• Identify delayed projects, missing information, and escalate issues when needed.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Create and monitor internal tasks; follow up on outstanding assignments.
• Create work orders and assist scheduling of construction work.
• Track milestones, pre-work requirements, and conditions before work proceeds.
• Enter and update project information in Zoho CRM and ensure consistency with state systems.
• Prepare and submit project information for state review and payment; address corrections.
• Maintain accurate project records across CRM and state-platforms.
• Coordinate across office staff and project teams to keep timelines.
• Ensure documentation is complete and discrepancies are identified.
