Jobgether is partnering with a Swiss-based client to recruit an Engineering Manager / Scrum Master with a development background for a three-month interim engagement. You will lead a CRM engineering team, ensure delivery continuity, facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to keep priorities clear.

Strong English and distributed-team experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in Engineering Manager/Team Lead/Scrum Master or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven Scrum and agile ceremonies experience.
• Ability to join established teams quickly and maintain delivery momentum.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams and product owners.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate CRM team Scrum ceremonies and daily operations.
• Maintain delivery continuity during the 3-month period.
• Identify and remove blockers and escalate risks.
• Backlog refinement and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and participate in engineering discussions.
• Monitor team health and delivery progress for leadership.
