Job summary

Austrian Airlines AG is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Vienna Airport to join our Component Shops team. You will handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat and create cost estimates in AMOS, while maintaining data and supporting customers with service advice.

You will collaborate with technicians and store staff, participate in weekly meetings, and apply your German and English language skills along with Excel expertise to improve processes and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Completed a business or technical education with experience handling customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Knowledge of AMOS, TEAMS, and Excel.
• Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent work style.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Unrestricted access to the Austrian job market.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to develop solutions for customer inquiries received via email, phone, or chat.
• Analyze inquiries and create cost estimates in AMOS.
• Support customers by providing service advice and explaining features and offers.
• Analyze problems, find solutions, or escalate them.
• Maintain customer data and document processes in AMOS.
• Responsible for administrative tasks and optimizing processes.
• Work closely with technicians and store staff and participate in weekly meetings.
• Actively contribute your English, German, and IT skills.
