Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate all station operations including passenger check-in, ramp handling and freight processing.
• Ensure on-time performance and efficient flight coordination.
• Monitor and report ULD inventory in line with IATA standards.
• Handle lost baggage and freight tracing and escalation.
• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, ground handlers and key clients.
