Jobgether, in partnership with a Swiss-based company, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist for a fully remote role serving an international customer base. You will respond to inquiries via chat and email, helping resolve issues and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes.

Ideal candidates have upper-intermediate English, strong empathy, and excellent communication skills. German is a plus; previous CS experience and CRM usage are beneficial.
