Jobgether is seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a Switzerland-based role in a remote-first environment. You will act as a senior escalation point for complex employee cases across EMEA, owning investigations from start to resolution while collaborating with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams.

You will identify recurring issues, strengthen processes, and ensure compliant employee experiences across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years in HR Operations, Employee Services or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of multi-country HR practices across EMEA (Spain, Italy, UK, Germany, France preferred).
• Experience handling complex HR escalations independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Act as senior escalation point for complex employee cases across EMEA.
• Own escalations that Level 1/2 HR cannot resolve.
• Manage escalations covering contracts, onboarding, leave, payroll, benefits, relations, offboarding.
• Investigate issues, assess risks, determine resolution paths.
• Provide empathetic support through tickets, email, and calls.
• De-escalate conversations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and regional teams.
• Maintain accurate case documentation across systems.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to preventative solutions.
• Create and improve HR processes, guidance, and documentation.
