Jobgether is seeking a Chief Technology and Product Officer to lead a 25+ person product and engineering org across multiple countries. You will shape the tech strategy, architecture, and hands-on engineering leadership for AI-native data platforms, web scraping, proxies, and APIs.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive AI adoption, align with business priorities, and oversee integration efforts post-acquisition while maintaining a high-autonomy culture in a remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading product and/or engineering teams in highly technical environments.
• Experience managing 25+ people across distributed teams and time zones.
• Hands-on expertise in web scraping, proxy infrastructure, and anti-bot tech.
• Ability to blend product vision with technical architecture and business strategy.
• Strong track record applying AI/ML to product development and engineering workflows.

• Own end-to-end product and technology strategy for scraping, proxy networks, anti-bot systems, and APIs.
• Scale a distributed team of 25+ professionals across multiple countries and time zones.
• Define architecture and direction for scalable, reliable infrastructure.

• Drive AI adoption across products and engineering processes.
