Zusammenfassung

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company based in Switzerland, is seeking a Partner & Alliance Manager. The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships across enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, and B2B software.

You will recruit, activate, and manage partners, coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives, and drive commercial growth with cross-functional teams. This is a remote, international role with high autonomy and impact.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, channel development or related business development.
• Experience with enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, or B2B software ecosystems.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Build, develop, and maintain strategic partner relationships across key markets.
• Establish strong relationships with senior partner and ecosystem executives.
• Develop and coordinate strategic technology partnerships and joint initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and activate new strategic alliance opportunities.
• Develop relationships with global and regional consulting firms and technology partners.
• Recruit and onboard new partners to expand the ecosystem.
• Create joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and collaborative programs.
• Identify and leverage partner programs, funding opportunities, and certifications.
• Connect partners with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to accelerate opportunities.
• Support partner-generated and partner-influenced sales throughout the commercial process.
• Establish repeatable processes for partner recruitment, activation, engagement, and management.
• Track partner activities, pipeline, engagement, and commercial results.
