Job summary

Thales Group in Europe seeks a Regional Sales Manager for Data & App Security covering Hungary and the Adriatic region. You will lead strategic sales, nurture key accounts, and drive revenue growth through direct and indirect channels.

The role requires a proven track record selling IT security to large enterprises, a network with CISOs, and strong territory planning. English fluency is essential; additional regional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level with a business or IT related qualification.
• Experienced in selling IT Security solutions to large enterprises.
• Existing network with CISOs of the regions’ top companies would be beneficial.
• A proven structured approach to organise, manage and execute a detailed Sales Territory Plan.
• Very good English language skills; fluency in an additional language familiar in your sales region is beneficial.
• Technically you convince with knowledge of underlying security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sales leadership to drive Data & App Security sales in the region.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities across Hungary and Adriatic markets.
• Close deals directly or through indirect channels while ensuring profitability.
• Foster relationships with clients and partners to position Thales as a trusted security provider.
• Collaborate with marketing and distributors on campaigns and market initiatives.
