Netskope is seeking a Director, Regional Sales to lead the Enterprise sales strategy across the Alpine and Eastern Europe region. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and expand market share while ensuring alignment with marketing, product, and legal teams.

Responsibilities include shaping strategy, managing RFPs, and negotiating contracts with major Enterprise customers, while staying ahead of regulatory requirements and industry trends.

Qualifikationen

• Enterprise sales leadership experience in security and networking.
• Proven track record selling security tech (NGFW, VPN, SSO, DLP, encryption) and exceeding quotas.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and contract negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of federal procurement regulations.

• Develop and execute the Alpine and Eastern Europe sales strategy.
