Zusammenfassung

NVISO is seeking a Cyber Security Engineering Business Manager (m/w/d) for Austria to drive global commercial growth across the CEN practice, including SOC and cloud security engagements. You will own strategic accounts, manage the Microsoft partnership, and coordinate cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into recurring revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber security or adjacent technology consulting.
• At least 5 years in business development, sales, alliance management or strategic account management within cyber security or IT services.
• Proven track record of closing multi-year engagements across SOC and cloud security.
• Deep working knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem: co-sell mechanics, specialization designations, MISA, partner incentive programs and funded engagements.
• Fluent business English; working proficiency in Dutch, French or German is a strong asset.

• Owns end-to-end business development for CEN SOC and SOE/CSE engagements, including pipeline generation and conversion.
• Manages global Microsoft partnership: joint account planning, co-sell registration, alignment with segment sellers.
• Shapes multi-year account plans and orchestrates across NVISO specialists; maintains CxO-level relationships.
• Drives portfolio decisions for the CEN service line in collaboration with leadership.
