Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is hiring a Regional Sales Director to grow its business in Austria. The role is senior and autonomous, remote within Austria, with direct access to the founders.

You will build a pipeline across government, defence, intelligence and the wider Austrian security market, owning long, sensitive procurement cycles and turning initial wins into a scalable regional business.

What you bring

• Experience selling complex, high-value cybersecurity technology in Austria.
• Current relationships with security buyers, technical end users or specialist cyber partners.
• A clear understanding of the offensive-cyber market and the teams that use attack simulation, threat intelligence or security testing tools.
• A record of building pipeline and leading long, sensitive procurement cycles.
• Fluent German and English.

Experience in cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics or offensive-security sales is especially relevant. This is an opportunity to shape a new market with real autonomy.
