Details

• Employment: Full-time (40 hours/5 days a week)
• Salary: From €2,500 (full-time) with willingness to pay above the standard rate

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for check-in and check-out with Tyrolean charm and warmth.
• Monitoring arrivals and departures as well as reservations for individual and group guests via email or telephone.
• Advising guests and introducing them to the attractions of our region.
• Performing service-specific tasks at reception, such as writing menus and the morning post.
• Working closely with all departments of our hotel.
• A trained and keen eye for cash management and credit card control.
