Das Hotel Eden in Seefeld in Tirol is seeking a receptionist who is friendly, communicative and precise. You will handle check-in and check-out with Tyrolean charm, manage reservations for individuals and groups by email or phone, and introduce guests to local attractions.

You should have a degree or vocational qualification in the relevant field, experience at reception, and knowledge of reservation systems; multiple language skills are desirable.

• A degree or vocational qualification in the relevant field and prior reception experience.
• Experience with reservation systems and basic MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Warm, friendly manner that ensures guests have a great hotel experience.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out with Tyrolean charm and warmth.
• Monitor arrivals/departures and manage reservations via email or phone.
• Advise guests on regional attractions.
• Prepare service-related tasks at reception, such as menus and morning post.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments.
• Handle cash management and credit card Control.

Details

Full-time (40 hours/5 days a week)

From €2,500 (full-time) with willingness to pay above the standard rate

Your responsibilities

• Responsible for check-in and check-out with Tyrolean charm and warmth.
• Monitoring arrivals and departures as well as reservations for individual and group guests via email or telephone.
• Advising guests and introducing them to the attractions of our region.
• Performing service-specific tasks at reception, such as writing menus and the morning post.
• Working closely with all departments of our hotel.
• A trained and keen eye for cash management and credit card control.
