Schloss Leopoldskron in Salzburg, Austria seeks a Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-in/out and support guests with inquiries. You will collaborate with a diverse team to deliver outstanding service in a historic hotel setting.

The role requires German and English language proficiency, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills, with a customer‑oriented mindset and a professional demeanor. Training and meals are provided on shift.

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests

• Handle guest complaints and refer them to management if necessary
