• Providing professional service in adherence to quality standards
• Expert consultation and support for our international and national guests
• À la Carte Service in the Michelin-starred restaurant “The Glass Garden”
• Support for the Chef de Rang in monitoring cleanliness, order, and standard presentation
• Taking orders and performing food, wine, and beverage service
• Setting tables and performing mise en place
• Professional acceptance, handling, and forwarding of guest feedback
• Coordinating the pass between service and kitchen staff
• Successfully completed training in the hotel/restaurant industry or a tourism school
• Professional experience in upscale gastronomy or hotels; experience in award-winning gastronomy is an advantage
• Solid expertise; wine knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German and English language skills; any additional language is an asset
• Professional and authentic demeanor with excellent manners and a high level of service
