• Assist in inventory management, stock rotation and ordering.
• Conduct quality checks on food preparation, presentation, and temperature.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety protocols, and dietary requirements.
• Respond to patient and staff feedback regarding food services.
• Maintain records of production, temperature logs, and staff activities.
• Collaborate with dietitians and nursing staff to meet nutritional needs.
