Zusammenfassung

GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer for Austria & Switzerland to deliver Level 2 technical support, train Level 1 teams, and collaborate with distribution partners. You will assist with installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting while working closely with R&D and service teams across the region.

The role requires a strong technical background, at least 3 years in technical support, and willingness to travel within Europe.

Qualifikationen

• A technical background such as a bachelor’s degree or professional certification in electrical engineering, communication technology, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about technology and contributing to GoodWe Europe’s growth.
• A passion for solving complex technical challenges.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical support.
• Enjoys cross-border collaboration and working with international teams and customers.
• Structured, results-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German is a MUST and English at B2 level.
• Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or the utility sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Support the training of Level 1 hotline, ensuring high performance and technical proficiency.
• Act according to service KPIs and processes with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Provide direct technical support to GoodWe distributors and installers through remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze product issues and elevate to Level 3 when needed.
• Conduct customer installation and service training sessions, online and in-person.
• Collaborate with the Austria & Switzerland regional team.
• Proactively enhance service processes and tools to boost customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
