You will perform encapsulation, quality inspections, training colleagues, and maintain equipment while contributing to CIP initiatives.

• Conducting quality and self-inspections, as well as verifying previous work steps.

• Ensuring that the tools and equipment used are in good working order and performing simple maintenance tasks.
• Actively contributing ideas and implementing measures as part of the continuous improvement process (CIP)
